WORLD RODIZIO REVOLUTION IS COMING
There's something magical about a Brazilian Steakhouse's unique style, flavor, and flare that can be somewhat hard to explain unless you've ever been to one, or better yet, had one come to you. When done right, a night out at a Carson Cookout opens up in the same spirit and energy as an authentic churrascaria does by kicking things off with the opening gourmet buffet jam where friends, family, and/or guests start their meal off right with hot and cold salad, appetizer, and side selections. Then bring on the rockin rodizio fire kissed set list featuring wood smoked fire grilled meats, fruits, and vegetables carved table and/or pool side, BAYBAY, hot gaucho style right off the skewer.
Can you imagine being at a killer backyard party like that everyday for the rest of your life trading business ideas, recipes, pro-tips, and turns with friends paper, rock, scissoring for who gets to host the next cook session? or am I the only one that believes this utopian state of barbecue bliss even exists?
How do you quantify or gauge something so subjective like how much of a good time someone can actually have at a barbecue anyway? The short answer is, "I have no idea." All I really know is what it does for me. It does that one thing that is the absolute most important thing governing my life's play book which is simply put, "It makes me come alive."
I've been so fascinated by this extreme sense of solace I've felt from it over the years that I've spent the last 20 of them trying to wrap my heart and mind around how it does what it does and why. My insane journey up until now has afforded me the opportunity to barbecue and study beside some of the best most brilliant people on Earth both young and old, rich and poor, from bottom rung to A-list celebrity it doesn't matter and here's where it really brings me to my knees... there's nothing on this planet that has the power to level the playing field in life quite like barbecue does down to the degree that eventually you start hearing one common theme comming from everyone and that is that everybody, no matter where they are in their story, is telling the same story.
If that doesn't make any sense to you now it will eventually depending on your level of involvement with the Revolution.
Again how do I know this? "I don't." I just can't argue with the truth.

The truth that I have thoroughly deductively come to know from my own personal 20 year case study that the FACT IS THIS: NOTHING bonds people better together than Brazilian barbecue, PERIOD. And the good news is, we LOVE teaching people how to learn how to like what we're drinking just a little bit. The Rodizio style of bonding over barbecue is by definition "A Celebration of life!" And the only one true way to measure whether you are on the beam with it or off is by how much being in the creative process of it makes you come alive.
