A smoky, sultry welcome that ignites the senses and sets the tone for your island experience.
Ingredients (Makes 8 cocktails):
475 ml (8 - 2 oz Shots) of Roasted Pineapple Rum
4 Squeezed Limes
128 ml (8 - .5 oz Shots) of Velvet Falernum Liquor
2 dashes Tiki Bitters per cocktail
Pinch of Smoked Cinnamon (plus extra for garnish)
Flamed Orange Citrus Twist
Fresh pineapple chunks
🔥 Prep: Roasted Pineapple Rum
Infuse in advance:
Cut fresh pineapple into thick rings or chunks.
Roast at 400°F until deeply caramelized and golden (~25–30 minutes).
Cool and add to a bottle of quality aged or dark rum.
Let infuse for at least 24–48 hours, then strain.
Optional shortcut: Use a quality pineapple rum and enhance with a few drops of roasted pineapple extract or essence if time is short.
