This $8,000 includes:

• COGS / build by Tomasi

• $1,000 funded donation to Memphis Rox Climbing + Community

• $1,000 cruise raffle funding (1 in 80 entry) (no cash value; void where prohibited; official rules/drawing date posted separately)

• Up to $2,000 worldwide shipping + standard transit insurance + processing/transaction fees

• Includes Tomasi’s $90 fixed internal fee (already inside the package math)

NOT included in $8,000 (paid to your government / carrier)

• Local duties & taxes (sales tax / VAT / GST / use tax)

• Import duties / customs / brokerage (if assessed)

No fairy dust: $8,000 is fixed for what we control. Government charges are separate.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY (How it actually works)

Every Utility Baby Case is built to order at our factory in Caxias do Sul and ships worldwide via FedEx.

Shipping Allowance & Overages
We include up to $2,000 USD for worldwide shipping/insurance. If the carrier quote to your address exceeds $2,000, we will send you the exact carrier quote and request payment for the overage. We ship once the overage is paid.

Carrier pricing varies by destination and delivery requirements (commercial vs residential, liftgate, appointment delivery, remote area).

Local Duties & Taxes
Local duties and taxes are charged separately by your local government—at checkout where required, otherwise at delivery by the carrier/customs. These charges are not included in the $8,000 fixed package.

If duties/taxes are refused and a shipment is returned or abandoned, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and any carrier/customs/storage fees.

ETA on Delivery: built to order; delivery timing depends on order size and build schedule.
Why am I being charged tax? Your local government charges tax based on delivery address.
Is worldwide shipping included? Yes — up to $2,000. Anything above that is billed prior to shipment with the actual carrier quote.

BUYER AGREEMENT (one sentence)

By purchasing, you agree that $8,000 covers the product package and included shipping allowance, and that local duties/taxes and any shipping overage above $2,000 are paid separately by the buyer.
